WeGive's bi-directional two-way integration with Salesforce's Nonprofit Starter Pack ensures seamless data synchronization between the two platforms. Here's a high-level overview:

  1. Contacts and Accounts Synchronization:
    • All contacts and accounts (including households and companies) in Salesforce are automatically synced with supporters in WeGive.
  2. Campaigns and Financial Data:
    • Salesforce campaigns are mirrored in WeGive, ensuring all campaign-related data is consistent across both systems.
    • General Accounting Units (GAUs), opportunities, and payments from Salesforce are synchronized with corresponding data objects in WeGive.
  3. Recurring and Pledge Plans:
    • Recurring donation plans and pledge plans set up in Salesforce are also synced with WeGive, keeping donor commitment records up-to-date in both platforms.
  4. Custom Fields:
    • Custom fields in Salesforce have corresponding fields in WeGive, ensuring that any tailored data collection in Salesforce is accurately reflected in WeGive.
