Get Underwritten
Fill out your underwriting form in settings to enable card payment processing, bank processing, crypto, and stock giving to your bank account.

30 minutes. We Import ALL your PushPay data into WeGive, and ensure that it is correct.
ChMS Data
30 minutes. We ensure your ChMS integration with WeGive is in sync, live and successful.
Request a Transfer:
Ask your WeGive account manager for a 'token transfer request' email template that you send to Fiserv, your payment processor (the parent company that of FirstData, who PushPay has you using for payment processing)
...Accepted?
5-10 days. For PushPay customers on the 'Card Connect Gateway' by Fiserv, their data migrations team will send all of your givers' payment data into your WeGive account for you, for free and automatically.
Then, Cancel PushPay
10 minutes. All of your givers' payment information has been imported to WeGive and tied to the correct people and existing recurring plans. You're ready to move from PushPay to WeGive without lifting a finger!
...Denied?
1-2 days. For PushPay customers on the 'Payeezy Gateway' by Fiserv, their data migrations team will respond that they don't have your MID on record and cannot complete the migration for you.
Then, Go Semi-Automated
10 minutes. Tell your account manager that you were denied a token transfer so the WeGive team can prep your account for a semi-automated recurring plan transfer. Don't worry! It has a 100% historical success rate!

If Semi-Automated...
If you were denied a token transfer from Payeezy, let your WeGive account manager do these for you.
Turn on Recurring Confirmations
5 minutes. Anyone with a recurring plan that signs in is prompted to 'confirm' their payment details on their existing plan, so we can automatically move them by turning it on in WeGive and off in PushPay.
Add a Button: "Migrate My Plan"
15 minutes. Add a button on your website or giving page for anyone with an existing recurring plan to click and move their plan into WeGive and your account manager can turn it off in PushPay
Semi-Automated Optional...
Be proactive about the semi-automated migration from PushPay and ask your account manager to set you up with these.
Migrate QR codes
15 minutes. Ask your account manager for QR codes that will automatically load up a screen for people with an existing recurring plan to migrate their recurring plan from PushPay to WeGive by simply filling out one single payment method field.
Migrate Texts & Emails
20 minutes. Ask your account manager to help you set up a scheduled email and/or text message to everyone with a recurring plan in PushPay, that includes a secure and personalized link to confirm their payment method, which moves their plan.
