RJ has extensive experience serving in multiple professional capacities, but primarily in the faith-based nonprofit space. After receiving a masters in counseling, he began his career as a counselor, and later founded and launched his own non-profit counseling center. For over 10 years he served as Senior Executive Pastor for a large church multi-site in Charlotte, NC and currently is the COO at South America Mission.
