Job Description:WeGive is seeking a skilled and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of marketing campaigns and oversee all aspects of marketing operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand recognition and achieve organizational goals.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, content marketing, and traditional advertising.
  • Conduct market research and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling and engaging content that aligns with the brand voice and resonates with target audiences.
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Track, measure, and analyze marketing campaign performance using relevant metrics and tools.
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing innovations to stay up-to-date and leverage new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, and design, to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging and brand representation.
  • Stay informed about nonprofit and church sector trends, challenges, and best practices to better understand our target audience and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager or a similar role in the nonprofit, cause-driven, or religious sector.
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for making a positive impact and supporting nonprofits and churches.
