Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Executive with a specific focus on selling to faith-based nonprofits and large churches. As an Enterprise Sales Executive at WeGive, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business acquisition and revenue growth within this target market segment. You will build strong relationships, understand client needs, and present tailored solutions to help faith-based organizations thrive.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential faith-based nonprofits and large churches as key targets for new business development.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate the faith-based market, effectively positioning WeGive's products/services as valuable solutions.
- Conduct in-depth research to understand the specific needs, challenges, and goals of faith-based nonprofits and large churches.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within target organizations.
- Lead consultative sales discussions to uncover client needs and present customized solutions that address their pain points and deliver measurable value.
- Collaborate with internal teams at WeGive to create tailored proposals, conduct product demonstrations, and provide accurate pricing quotes.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies relevant to the faith-based nonprofit and church market.
- Represent WeGive at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build brand awareness and generate leads.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, preferably in a B2B software or technology sales environment.
- Experience selling to faith-based nonprofits and large churches, with a strong understanding of their unique needs, challenges, and decision-making processes.
- Demonstrated ability to close complex deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence decision-makers, and deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills, with the ability to understand client needs and propose effective solutions.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for building and nurturing client relationships.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient in using CRM software to track and manage sales activities.
- Availability for occasional travel as needed.
