Job Description:WeGive is seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our digital marketing strategies. You will be responsible for managing various online marketing channels, optimizing campaigns, and driving online engagement to support our organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, user engagement, and conversions.
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including search engine marketing (SEM), display ads, social media ads, and remarketing campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research, optimize landing pages, and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to improve search engine visibility and drive qualified traffic.
  • Implement search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to increase organic visibility and drive website traffic.
  • Manage and grow our social media presence by creating engaging content, running targeted campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, writing compelling copy, and segmenting audiences for personalized messaging.
  • Monitor website analytics using tools like Google Analytics to track website performance, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as content, design, and development, to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital touchpoints.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, generate insights, and provide regular reports to inform decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, email marketing software, and social media management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy for different digital platforms.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and achieving marketing objectives.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the nonprofit or cause-driven sector is a plus.
